Real Estate trends have done some interesting things over the past couple of years.
Sales in September from 2013 to 2015 are as follows:
2013 – $122,306,881
2014 – $151,329,407
2015 – $120,254,571
In September 2014, over 151 million dollars in real estate had sold; comparing that to this year’s 120 million. So what’s going on??
2014 was a significant year in my opinion, with the jump in sales. However, even with the drop again this year, those numbers are more in line with the long-term real estate trends and are consistent with historical years.
