I’m originally from a small town in Saskatchewan and I moved to Saskatoon in 1996 to further my education. In the fall of 2000 I began exploring the real estate option, knowing I would be the youngest person in real estate, I felt intimidated but I decided to pursue being a REALTOR® anyway. That’s when I met the Broker/Owner of Realty Executives Saskatoon, and once that meeting took place I knew I had a home in real estate. I am 40 years old with a lovely wife and son. I am still young in the real estate world and have plenty of energy. I am always changing and adapting new procedures to stay ahead in the ever changing real estate market.

Specialties:

When representing a buyer, I have the ability to be patient until the right house comes along. I demonstrate strong negotiation skills during the initial offer and the inspection phases of the sale. I implement a strong communication plan with my buyers no matter the size or value of the property.

When representing a seller, I ensure that we are properly priced due to my extensive evaluation process. I invest more into my listed properties than most real estate agents do by hiring professional photographers, Videographers, marketing managers, and last but not least, accessing my massive sphere of influence. I demonstrate strong negotiation skills, implement a strong communication plan with my sellers to ensure that I go above and beyond for each and every clients, no matter the size or value of the property.

When buying and selling together, I add another set of skills to accompany both the buying and selling traits. I truly feel that I excel in these scenarios! Having the ability and confidence to execute a sale and purchase simultaneously is not an easy feat. I ensure that possessions overlap to allow for an easy, stress free move for my clients. I always ensure that we are in a good negotiating position. This can be a very stressful time for my real estate clients. I take that stress away!

History:

Established in 2000. I have been with the same brokerage (Realty Executives) for my entire career, which is 18+ years. The leadership and the ownership of this brokerage has taught me so much over the years. It has allowed me to transact over 1800 sales, seamlessly, successfully and with full confidence.
